I am an international business consultant, author, and speaker with a PhD in Strategy. My work focuses on helping organizations succeed in emerging markets through my proprietary frameworks – the 3Cs of Change Readiness and the 7 Pillars of Institutional Entrepreneurship.

I have worked with global institutions including Accenture and Ernst & Young, and my insights have been featured in Harvard Business Review.

I am the author of Institutional Entrepreneurship in African Fintech (Springer Nature/Palgrave) and am currently writing a new book with Cambridge University Press.

My work sits at the intersection of strategy, innovation, and institutional transformation.
