I am an author, academic director and international business consultant. My work focuses on helping organizations succeed in emerging markets through my proprietary framework – the 3Cs of Change Readiness.

I am the author of Institutional Entrepreneurship in African Fintech (Springer Nature/Palgrave) and am currently writing a new book with Cambridge University Press. I have consulted for global institutions including Accenture and Ernst & Young, and my insights have been featured in the Harvard Business Review.

My work sits at the intersection of strategy, innovation, and institutional transformation.
