I am an international business consultant, author, and speaker with a PhD in Institutional Entrepreneurship. My work focuses on helping organizations succeed in emerging markets through my proprietary Change Readiness framework.
I have worked with global institutions including Accenture and Ernst & Young, and my insights have been featured in Harvard Business Review.
I am the author of Institutional Entrepreneurship in African Fintech (Springer Nature/Palgrave) and currently writing a new book with Cambridge University Press.
