Hello, I’m Dr. Glory Enyinnaya. A member of the faculty of Pan-Atlantic University in Nigeria, I created the entrepreneurial change readiness framework, which I introduced in the Harvard Business Review (May 2023), my Palgrave Macmillan book, ”Institutional Entrepreneurship in African Fintech” (June 2026), and will expand further in my forthcoming book with Cambridge University Press (2027).  Before entering academia, I worked at Accenture and Ernst & Young and founded Kleos Advisory.
