Dr Glory Enyinnaya is a Senior Lecturer in Strategy, Innovation and Entrepreneurship at Pan-Atlantic University. Her work examines how entrepreneurs build legitimacy, trust and durable growth in institutionally complex environments—and translates those insights into teaching, institutional leadership and practice.

Career and Practice

Scholarship grounded in the world of practice

Before entering academia, Dr Enyinnaya worked in strategy and change management at Accenture and Ernst & Young. She later founded Kleos Advisory Africa, where she has designed and led entrepreneurship programmes reaching more than 40,000 SMEs and worked with financial institutions, development organisations and donor-supported initiatives.
