Teaching
One theory. One practice. Learning that travels beyond the classroom.
Dr Glory Enyinnaya combines conceptual discipline with the practical judgement students and executives need to act in complex organizations and markets.

Teaching philosophy
Practice-based and case-based
Every class should sharpen two capabilities: the ability to explain what is happening, and the ability to decide what to do next.
Students work with a strong theoretical frame and then test it against a real decision, case, simulation or field problem. The rhythm is simple: one theory to organize the problem; one practice to develop action.

Student impact
From EMBA learning to a visible professional voice
Deborah describes Dr Glory’s mentoring sessions as transformative. Drawing on Dr Glory’s experience, she gained a clearer perspective on career growth and how to make the most of her EMBA journey.
Dr Glory’s guidance also brought clarity to Deborah’s professional positioning and online visibility. Deborah created a one-year content calendar and published two LinkedIn articles—an intentional commitment to lending her voice to human-capital development in Africa.
The resources Dr Glory shared, including Dorie Clark’s Recognised Expert Evaluation Toolkit and recommended podcasts, have supported Deborah as she works towards building a personal website for her blogs and, eventually, a podcast.
